About EIPBN
The International Conference on Electron, Ion and Photon Beam Technology and Nanofabrication (EIPBN), affectionately known as “3-Beams,” is the premier gathering of scientists and engineers who are dedicated to electron, ion and photon lithography, imaging, and analysis; atomically precise fabrication; nanofabrication process technologies; related emerging technologies; and their applications in a broad spectrum of fields. This is the 69th meeting of the EIPBN, where top researchers from academia, government laboratories, and industry from around the world meet to present and discuss recent trends and future directions in these technologies.
2025 Conference Fees
New this year! Save $200 on registration when you stay at the Hyatt Regency at the Colorado Convention Center! If you are not staying at the conference hotel, $200 will be added to the cost of registration. We do our best to negotiate the best rates possible and we need your support!

- Registration will close on 5/14/2026 12 AM ET and reopen on or before 5/22/2026 at the onsite rates
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before Monday, May 4, 2026, are refundable, but a $200 fee applies. Cancellations made after Monday, May 4, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund. If the conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued.
